  1. Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations
  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person.
  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Appointments missed without notice are subject to full charge.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to practitioner availability or other operational needs.
  1. Payments and Insurance
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise pre-arranged.
  • We do not accept insurance directly, but will provide superbills upon request for reimbursement purposes.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic transfers.
  • Pricing is subject to change. Patients will be informed of any price changes prior to booking.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Payments for consultations, IV therapies, and lab tests are non-refundable once service has been rendered or test kits have been issued.
  • Refunds for unused service packages or prepayments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Supplements purchased from our clinic are returnable within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging.
  1. Patient Responsibilities
  • Patients agree to provide accurate medical histories and cooperate with care plans.
  • Patients are responsible for following post-visit instructions and scheduling follow-ups as recommended.
  • All test kits must be returned promptly to the lab with complete paperwork for results to be valid.
